EEA Networking Conference & Expo Scheduled for June 2-3

Second Annual Event Will Offer Curriculum & Certification Program, Unique Exhibit and Events Programs for Engagement Professionals

Having reinvented the conference and trade show at last year’s inaugural event, the Enterprise Engagement Alliance is following up that widely praised debut with the second annual EEA Networking Conference & Expo, to be held June 2-3 at the Hilton Doubletree Hotel Tarrytown, just 30 minutes north of NYC in the beautiful Hudson River Valley.

The EEA Networking Conference & Expo will provide a unique, two-day opportunity for professionals representing both suppliers and consumers of Engagement products and services to learn specifically how they can profit from this new business opportunity, both for their organizations and their own careers

Who will be there? Corporate practitioners seeking new strategies and resources to improve performance and advance their professional careers; professionals who wish to become certificated as engagement practitioners and participate in the EEA’s Speakers Bureau program; and consulting, engagement, recognition, marketing, promotion and incentive companies seeking new growth markets and innovative solutions to bring to their clients.

Critical Tools & Resources

Engagement has emerged as a key business discipline that applies to everyone in general management, human resources, marketing, sales, finance, customer service and operations. More and more organizations conduct Engagement surveys of customers, channel partners and employees, only to realize they lack a cohesive strategy for addressing Engagement both on a short- and long-term basis. Whether your job is to bring new solutions to clients or to your own organization, you can benefit by learning about critical tools and resources you can use to translate Engagement data into real-time solutions.

Attendees will learn about the latest strategies and tactics to harness the power of Engagement via education sessions and networking opportunities with suppliers representing all of the critical issues of Engagement, including Leadership, Training, Communications, Rewards & Recognition, Surveys and Polls, Consumer Loyalty, Measurement and Incentives.

Participants will be the first to benefit from the EEA’s formal Curriculum on Enterprise Engagement, learning how to make engagement happen in their organizations and in their careers. Attendees will also be eligible to obtain Certification enabling them to become presenters for the EEA’s Speaker Outreach Program to corporate America in conjunction with its curriculum partner, Marcus Evans.

Speakers and Panelists will include:

  • Barbara Porter, VP Business Development & Customer Service, Nicor Energy
  • Melanie Lewis, Director of Commercial Engagement, AstraZeneca
  • Melissa Van Dyke, President, Incentive Research Foundation
  • Jeff Grisamore, President, EGR – the Engagement Agency
  • John Windolph, President of JWT INSIDE, a division of J. Walter Thompson
  • Jim White, VP Customer Satisfaction, Isle of Capri Casinos
  • Allan Schweyer, Managing Partner, Center for Human Capital Innovation
  • Rodger Stotz, Chief Research Officer, Incentive Research Foundation

…and other top Engagement professionals.

A New Way

You’ll also learn about the new Engagement toolkit from a variety of Engagement suppliers, located under one roof for the first time, as well as leading brands in rewards and recognition like AT Cross, Brinkman, Bulova, Fuji, Marriott and many, many more.

Instead of a traditional exhibit hall, the EEA Networking Conference & Expo features “Conversation Centers” provided by FutureShow, a division of the Hughes Group. “The FutureShow concept is a new way to get face-to-face with customers that’s more economical than the traditional sales trip,” explains FutureShow/Hughes Group President Robert Hughes. “By offering sponsors a semi-private place to meet with customers, along with interesting learning and networking opportunities for all, the FutureShow becomes a way to see 15 to 30 customers in two days instead of two weeks, and to talk about the big picture and specific business needs.”
